Preparatory class and Technical Proficiency Examination – EAT
This advanced dance training prepares for the Technical Proficiency Examination – EAT, Examen d’aptitude technique. Receiving EAT certification is proof of a sufficient technical level and allows access to the training for the Diplôme d’État de professeur de danse (2-year university degree in dance).

Curriculum
- Preparatory class for the EAT and graduate schools
- Preparatory class for the EAT and graduate schools + performing arts licence in dance in partnership with the University of Toulouse — Jean Jaurès.
This course is mainly organized by the Montauban Conservatory (CRD of Montauban), where classes are held. Some classes and workshops are held at the Toulouse Conservatory (CRR of Toulouse). For students enrolled in the Performing Arts degree course in dance, classes are held at the University Toulouse — Jean Jaurès (UT2J).
Students can travel to the Montauban Conservatory by train (20 min journey).

EAT Examination
The Technical Aptitude Examination (EAT) is a prerequisite for applying to study for the Diplôme d’État de professeur de danse (2-year university degree in dance).
The EAT is organized by examination centers designated by the Ministry of Culture.
The EAT is split in 2 phases :
- remotely for the 1st eligibility phase + video,
- physically for the 2nd admission phase.
